Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account with ko9, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. The information you provide during registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. ko9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false information has been provided. Each user may hold only one account — if multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential, and sharing them with any third party is strictly prohibited.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
Deposits and withdrawals at ko9 must be made using legal payment methods available in Bangladesh. You may only transact using a payment account registered in your own name — use of third-party accounts is not permitted. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process and may require identity verification. If money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity is suspected, ko9 is able to suspend any transaction and notify the relevant authorities. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and applicable taxes or charges may be deducted.
